Template Policy

1. Digital Product & No Refunds

All of my Squarespace templates are digital products, which means they are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after your template has been delivered. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to contact me before completing your order.

2. License & Usage

Your purchase includes one license per template, which means:
✔ You may use the template for one personal or business website.
❌ You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template with others.
❌ You may not claim the template design as your own or use it for multiple projects.

If you need to use the template for multiple websites, please purchase an additional license.

3. Template Customization & Support

My templates are fully customizable, and you can easily edit colors, fonts, images, and content to fit your brand. With your purchase, you’ll receive:
✅ Step-by-step installation guide to help you set up your template.
✅ Email support for technical issues related to the template setup.
❌ I do not provide support for additional customizations beyond the template’s original design.

4. Squarespace Subscription Required

My templates are designed exclusively for Squarespace 7.1. You will need an active Squarespace subscription to use the template. The template price does not include Squarespace’s hosting fees.

5. Browser & Device Compatibility

Our templates are tested on modern browsers and devices to ensure a seamless experience. However, customizations made after installation may affect performance. If you experience display issues, please clear your cache and test on an updated browser.

6. Template Transfers & Resale

Your purchase is non-transferable, meaning you cannot resell, redistribute, or share the template with others. If you close your website or switch platforms, your license does not transfer to a new site or user.

7. Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing a template, you acknowledge that we are not affiliated with Squarespace, and your use of the template is subject to Squarespace’s terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes Squarespace makes to its platform that may affect template functionality.
